At PostaVive™, we are committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a generous refund policy to ensure your confidence in trying our product.

Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund within 180 days (6 months) of your purchase date. To be eligible, you must return all bottles, including empty and unopened ones, to the address provided below.

Steps to Request a Refund

  1. Ensure you are within the 180-day guarantee period from the date of your purchase.
  2. Email us at support@prostavive.org with the subject line “Refund Request” to initiate the process.
  3. Send all bottles to the following address:

  4. Include the following details in your return package:
    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Email address used for the purchase

Processing Your Refund

Once we receive and verify your return, a full refund will be issued. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
